I spend a lot of time protecting my investments. I change the oil in my truck, I train my kids to work and I eat healthy. Well, 2 out of three ain’t bad! I try to take care of our house too. It’s a big investment for most of us. A cheap way to protect this big investment is to have someone like me cleaning your windows monthly. For about 1/3 the cost of cleaning all your windows inside and out, we can clean your windows monthly. Regular cleanings do more than keep windows sparkling. Regular cleanings maintain the entire window area, protecting you from hard water spots and dirt build up. Give us a call and see how low we will go to get your business!

e-mail tim@southlandwindowcleaning.com

e-mail is a great way to connect and schedule. I can read your e-mails even during the day, get back quickly and we have an accurate record of you appointment or needs.

Am I ever out of touch with my phone?

Yes… sometimes when cell phone coverage is thin, you won’t get me. If I’m on vacation, I’ll leave a message to that effect. Also, you will find it hard to get a hold of me most evenings, Sundays & Mondays when I’m being held hostage by my crazy but lovable family.

If you have a tree right next to your house or maybe even a really tall pine tree across the street, you know how full gutters can get. From pine cones to roof rock, we clean and lighten your gutters. 50 yards of gutters usually start around $30-50 and can be more depending on the debris load. December through February is a great time to get your gutters cleaned, but we clean them all year round. Depending on the number of trees around your house, once every 2 years is usually frequent enough to keep them maintained, but we can check them any time for you for free!

Just a quick word about what we do with screens… We make most shapes and sizes, even the kind with those poky thingys in the sides (o.k., the ones with the little pistons that lock your screen in). We have a few colors as well: Mill (not really a color, just the silver of unpainted aluminum), white & bronze. Looking into getting more colors. We also make screens for your sliding doors. Frankly, it’s harder to match a color or lock to your older sliding door windows but we can certainly give you a much nicer screen door then the one the dogs and kids just ran through. I’m now using “Extruded Aluminum” for our screen doors which is a much sturdier product, though with a little sturdier price.

Call me and ask how you can get a new screen or screens for you home. 562-949-7468
